There are many variables in the market, especially as it relates to prices, where it was observed by banking institutions that properties are overpriced by as much as 30 to 40 percent.
It is important to note that due to the financial difficulties being experienced at this time due to the COVID 19 pandemic, with many persons being out of work or surviving on substantially reduced wages/salaries, many mortgage loans are now in default. Several home owners, rather than seeking a Fast Sale will hold out for prices not realizable at this time, ending up where the Bankers move in and sell their properties for far below market value in some instances.
Individuals and investors seeking to sell or acquire property should seek advice from experienced Realtors. This holds true for persons in the Industry to embrace a forum that would keep them in tune with developments in the industry.
